Appeal Procedure

01 Submit the Request Form

Submit the request form to Gapura in the Form Request section under the Student Service menu. After the request is sent, BAAK will ask the lecturer to review the grade.

02 Form Followed Up by Lecturers

The form that has been followed up by the lecturer will be sent by BAAK to the Head of the Study Program.

03 Appeal Processed

After being approved by the Head of the Study Program, the Study Program submits it to BAAK for processing.

04 Provisions to Remember

An appeal is only served as long as the appeal period is valid. If the appeal is not proven, the student’s grade will be deducted by 10 points.
