Description:

Hoarding disorder is a condition in which sufferers have difficulty discarding certain possessions. Due to its various impacts, hoarding can become dangerous. Currently, there is no specific cure, but symptoms can appear as early as ages 15 to 20. Veronica Adesla, M.Psi., states that preventive actions targeted at teenagers can help reduce the occurrence of hoarding. However, information and awareness about hoarding in Indonesia remain very limited, with no media or organizations addressing this issue so far. Therefore, designing an interactive informational medium about hoarding aimed at teenagers aged 15 to 20 is necessary, so they can understand the dangers caused by hoarding. Based on research, interactive storytelling media is an effective way to provide information and convey the experience of hoarding. It is hoped that this informational medium will deliver meaningful content and assist the target audience effectively.
