Time management is an important aspect of fulfilling responsibilities and leading a more organized and disciplined life. However, many teenagers, and even adults, still lack time management skills. Many college students, for example, struggle with completing their responsibilities both inside and outside of their academic life. This is often due to factors such as unintegrated information and a lack of early education on time management. Education during school age is crucial in implementing time management, as it is a formative period when children develop their habits. If a child is introduced to proper time management and taught how to manage their time from an early age, they are more likely to become familiar with and apply these skills as they grow older. Nevertheless, middle school students (ages 13–15) still do not fully understand or apply time management effectively. Therefore, the author designed an educational mobile application using gamification methods to help teenagers learn time management in an enjoyable and engaging way.
