Public transportation facilities in Indonesia are still not fully considered accessible or user-friendly for all segments of society. Some groups, particularly individuals with hearing disabilities, are still unable to enjoy public transport comfortably and equally. In response to this issue, an informational media design on BISINDO (Indonesian Sign Language) has been developed, serving both as a source of information and a learning tool for KRL (commuter line) staff to improve communication and service for deaf passengers.
