The purpose of redesigning the UI/UX of the Sakuku e-wallet application is to enhance its potential by improving the user experience, enabling users to interact with the app more comfortably and intuitively. A better UI/UX will help users recognize and trust Sakuku as BCA’s official digital wallet product, thereby increasing its popularity and brand awareness. The theoretical framework used in this research includes Gestalt principles, user interface elements, the UX Honeycomb, UX laws, and information architecture. The research employs a hybrid method, combining both qualitative and quantitative approaches. The qualitative research methods include interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), existing product studies, and reference studies. Quantitative data is gathered through questionnaires, with the number of respondents determined using the Slovin formula. A redesign of the Sakuku application is necessary to unlock its full potential, improve its visual interface, and develop a new design system aimed at strengthening the brand awareness of Sakuku.
