The Tjong A Fie Mansion Museum is a cultural heritage building and a prominent historical and cultural tourism site in Medan. During special circumstances when the number of museum guides is insufficient (such as during peak hours or pandemics), visitors must explore the museum on their own. Although some information is displayed beside photos, the presentation is often general and incomplete. Additionally, some information is written in foreign languages or has become damaged. Therefore, improving the museum’s informational media is necessary to enhance visitor satisfaction during their visit.
