Insomnia is a condition characterized by difficulty falling or staying asleep. One common cause is poor regulation of sleep and wake schedules, leading to an inconsistent circadian rhythm. This issue is especially prevalent among students and university students, affecting their education and social lives. To address this, an application is designed that uses sleep interventions and stimulus control as the primary treatment methods. The app aims to reduce smartphone usage before bedtime and help improve the sleep cycle for those suffering from insomnia as well as individuals who want to regulate their sleep patterns.
