Drh. Rajanti & Friends, established in Tangerang in 1993, began as a veterinary clinic and has since expanded into a comprehensive pet care service. Its offerings now include grooming, a pet hotel, isolation, house calls, pharmacy, laboratory, café, and more. A key differentiator is the “mind power” service—telepathic communication with pets—launched three years ago under the sub-brand Rajanti Talk With Animals. Despite its growth, the brand’s visual identity has remained unchanged since its founding, making it outdated and misaligned with the expanded services. To address this, a rebranding was proposed to better reflect the business’s evolution and appeal to modern pet owners aged 20–29 in Tangerang and Jakarta. Using Wheeler’s (2018) Designing Brand Identity framework, this project involved qualitative and quantitative research through interviews, surveys, observation, and reference studies. The result includes a refreshed logo, color palette, typography, photography, and brand applications across various media platforms.
